THE CALL — WEEK 3
THE SENDING
When God restores you, He calls you.
When God calls you, He assigns you.
But the call is not complete until God sends you.
You were restored for a purpose, called for a mission, and assigned for a people.
You are the witness God is sending.
Scripture Passages
Isaiah 43:10
“You are My witnesses,” says the Lord, “and My servant whom I have chosen.”
John 20:21
“As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.”
Acts 1:8
“You will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you will be My witnesses…”
Lesson Points
1. The Sending Makes the Calling Public
God doesn’t call you to keep it private.
The sending is the moment your faith becomes visible.
2. The Sending Requires Boldness
You are not sent in your own strength.
The Holy Spirit empowers your witness.
3. The Sending Is About Evidence, Not Expertise
God sends witnesses, not experts.
Your life is the evidence God uses.
4. The Sending Is Always Connected to People
God sends you to someone.
Your assignment is tied to the people He places in your path.
5. The Sending Is a Lifestyle, Not an Event
Being sent is not a moment — it’s a posture.
Every day becomes an opportunity to represent Jesus.
Memory Verse
Acts 4:20
“For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.”

Reflection Questions — Week 3: THE SENDING
As you step into the reality that God is not only calling you but sending you, take time to slow down and reflect. These questions are designed to help you recognize where God is directing your steps, who He is placing on your heart, and how the Holy Spirit is empowering your witness. Let these moments of reflection shape your obedience this week.
1. Who is God sending you to right now?
A person, a family, a coworker, a neighbor — who keeps coming to your mind or stirring in your spirit?
2. What evidence of Jesus has God already placed in your life to share?
Your story, your transformation, your testimony — what has God done in you that He wants to use?
3. Where do you need boldness to step out?
What conversation, invitation, or act of obedience requires courage from the Holy Spirit?
4. How is the Holy Spirit empowering you to be a witness?
Where do you sense His prompting, His strength, or His guidance as you go?
5. What does “being sent” look like in your daily life?
How can you live with a posture of being available, attentive, and obedient to God’s mission each day?
