Faithfulness in the Middle

Galatians 6:9 (NKJV)

“And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.”

Teaching Moment

Family… the middle can feel quiet, repetitive, and unseen.

It’s the place where the excitement of starting has faded,

but the evidence of finishing has not yet appeared.

In the middle, prayers seem unanswered,

progress feels slow,

and the temptation to stop begins to sound reasonable.

Yet Scripture reminds us that the middle is not a sign God forgot you — it’s where He forms you.

Seeds do their most important work underground.

Hidden does not mean inactive. Quiet does not mean forgotten.

God strengthens you one act of dependence at a time —

one prayer, one step, one moment of obedience.

The middle is where character is shaped, endurance is built,

and trust becomes settled rather than situational.

So if you find yourself between the prayer and the answer…

between the promise and the fulfillment…

between the seed and the harvest…

take heart.

God is working beneath the surface.

Remain faithful in the middle —

grace is available for your next obedient step.
